چکیده
Psoriasis is a common chronic, recurrent, immune-mediated disease of the skin and joints. In psoriasis, epidermal hyperproliferation, abnormal keratinocyte differentiation, angiogenesis with blood vessel dilatation excess Th-1 Th-17 infiltration can be observed. A broad spectrum anti-psoriatic treatments, both topical systemic, are available for management psoriasis. However, there still no curative treatment all treatments may induce adverse effects without appropriate supervision. Therefore, finding safe, effective, long-lasting product to enhance psoriasis' therapeutic effect important. Human keratinocytes murine express various cytochromes P450 enzymes, including 3A4. Cytochromes 3A4 participate in about 30% biotransformation/metabolism drugs. Desoximetasone known as corticosteroids substrate used relieve conditions such dermatoses, allergies, Our previous study demonstrated that 3A excipient inhibitor-based microemulsion formulation could promising concept drugs Microemulsion also work an emollient provide sufficiently hydration low-grade inflammatory condition. results show 0.05% desoximetasone loaded enzyme inhibitor base restores imiquimod induced barrier disruption showed fewer severe clinical pathological features than commercial 0.25% ointment 0.5% clobetasol ointment. The might new drug development diseases treatment.

the effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends
flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...

15 صفحه اولModification of paclitaxel metabolism in a cancer patient by induction of cytochrome P450 3A4.
Biliary, plasma, and urinary disposition of paclitaxel and paclitaxel metabolites were determined simultaneously in a patient with percutaneous biliary drain. The complete chemical structures of the major metabolites were established by mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. A nonlinear elimination model was indicated by the fact that the rate of biliary excretion of paclitaxel rose as plasma ...
متن کاملCytochrome P450 3A4 is the major enzyme responsible for the metabolism of laquinimod, a novel immunomodulator.
In the present study, the involvement of cytochrome P450 enzyme(s) in the primary metabolism of laquinimod, a new orally active immunomodulator, has been investigated in human liver microsomes. Hydroxylated and dealkylated metabolites were formed. The metabolite formation exhibited single enzyme Michaelis-Menten kinetics with apparent KM in the range of 0.09 to 1.9 mM and Vmax from 22 to 120 pm...
